Interfaith and Ecumenical Young Adult Programs

Ecumenical Programs and Organizations That Serve Young Adults

New Fire – gives young adult Christians the chance to discern God’s mission for the Church and channel their leadership into focused, real responsibilities that matter.

The Student Christian Movement USA , The Student Christian Movement – Canada and The World Student Christian Federation  are expressions of the Ecumenical student movement. The passion, love and spirit of justice of WSCF’s young leadership has kept it a maker of history in countless people’s movements, churches and political spheres.

Ecumenical Advocacy Days (EAD) – a movement of the ecumenical Christian community, and its recognized partners and allies, grounded in biblical witness and our shared traditions of justice, peace and the integrity of creation. Their goal, through worship, theological reflection and opportunities for learning and witness, is to strengthen the Christian voice and to mobilize for advocacy on a wide variety of U.S. domestic and international policy issues.

Christian Peacemaker Teams (CPT) – seek to embody an inclusive, ecumenical and diverse community of God’s love.  They believe we can transform war and occupation, our own lives, and the wider Christian world through the nonviolent power of God’s truth, partnership with local peacemakers, and bold action

Inter-faith Programs and Organizations That Serve Young Adults

Inter-Faith Youth Core (IFYC) –  believes that faith in the 21st century can build bridges of cooperation that are stronger than barriers of division. They seek to build an interfaith youth movement using service as the bridge.
